Shipping to any location worldwide costs $24.95, irrespective of the number of items in your order. The shipping rate may be adjusted due to an ongoing promotion. On average, delivery takes about 6 to 12 business days. Please note that a business day refers to a regular working day and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and any official holidays.

Due to the sometimes unpredictable nature of shipping, packages may be stolen, lost, seized by customs and hence do not get delivered. If your package does not arrive within the stipulated time, please contact our Customer Support staff who will either help you locate your package, or reship a new package to you. If the package has already entered the destination country, we do require you to contact the shipping agent in your home country to resolve the shipping issue.

All items purchased from MyModelWatches.com are covered with a 60-day warranty against manufacturer's defects but does not include damages due to abuse, water damage or wear and tear. While our watches are waterproof, they are not meant to be immersed in water. If you have received a defective item, we will be happy to exchange it or send a replacement. In some cases, we will require photographic evidence. If you change your mind upon receipt of your order and would like an exchange/refund, we do require that you return the item in its original packaging to us.

For all returns, please note the following points:

• the shipping fee, including any insurance, will be borne by you,
• the product should be post-marked no later than 3 working days after receipt of the order,
• the product must be in BRAND NEW condition,
• the product will be examined before being processed for refund/exchange. As such, if the above conditions are not met, the product will be rejected.
• if the replacement item is out of stock, the company reserves the right to substitute it for an item of similar value.
