What is a replica watch and how is it different from the real watches?
Real brand-name products are so expensive because the companies that make them spend millions on advertising. On the other hand, replica makers apply the same technical know-how to replicate the products. I've heard of the terms Automatic Movement and sweeping hand. What are they?
Automatic movement is used to refer to a watch which winds itself. Other terms that mean the same thing include self-winding and perpetual. Without going into details of how this works, automatic watches are powered by the movement of the wearer's wrist. Removing the watch for a few days will cause it to stop working, hence it needs to be wound up before wearing it again.
A sweeping hand refers to the smooth sweeping motion of the second hand in an automatic watch.
Are the leather bands on your watches made out of real leather?
Yes, they are 100% genuine leather.
What do you mean by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?
Automatic means that the watch can run on its own without battery power. It has a self-winding mechanism which is powered mechanically by the wearer's wrist movement.
Chronograph refers to the smaller clocks that appear within the watch itself. They are usually used as timers.
Quartz means that the watch is powered by battery.
Why does my automatic movement replica lose time and stops moving occasionally?
This happens to all automatic watches, whether they're real or replica. Automatic replica watches need to be wound up straight for 3 minutes before wearing. If you wear it all the time, the watch will self-wind naturally when you move your wrist. If you take it off for more than 2 days, the watch loses time and will need to be reset. The advantage is that such automatic watches will never need to replace their batteries because they don't have one.
How do I set the time and date?
If your watch has a date function, you will need to set the date first, followed by time. First, turn the button of you automatic watch counter-clockwise. Pull out the button gently – you should feel it click if it is done correctly. Now set the date (time) by turning the button counter-clockwise. When you are done, return the button to its original position by gently pushing it back in and wind it clockwise for a few rounds.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
It takes anywhere from 6-12 working days for your order to be delivered. (Note: Working days do not include weekends and holidays)
Do you ship out the package on the same day that I order it?
Yes, generally we do, although additional verification procedures may be needed for some orders. Verification can take up to 72 hours, so some packages may take up to 3 days to be shipped out.
It has been 3-5 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?
For rare or exotic watch models, we may not have them in stock, and they have to be custom made by our craftsmen.
How does my package get shipped out?
We use various shipping companies including but not limited to DHL, EMS Speedpost and UPS.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes too?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes too.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do.
What happens if the package is damaged or items are missing when I receive it?
Please contact us if this happens. We are usually able to reship for free.
I'm leaving the country in 3 days; can I have the product shipped to me overnight?
No, shipping usually takes at least 6 working days.
How discreet is your packaging?
All items are discreetly packed in a small box/envelope. There is no indication on the packaging of what is inside.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept MasterCard and Visa at present.
Do you do Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?

No, the final price is shown on checkout and you do not need to pay for anything else apart from the product and shipping charges.
